His communication about my cars repairs helped put me at ease through the process, and when he told me about additional repairs to look into, he didn't pressure me at all. If I ever have to return, I hope that he takes care of my services for me.

It was time for regular maintenance on the Tacoma. I had a work crew in my house and was concerned about leaving my dogs alone. I made my appointment online, then called the dealership to ask if there was someplace I could wait with my two dogs. Mike told me of course I could bring them, that the dealership is per friendly to friendly pets. When I was in the waiting room, a gentleman came up and addressed me by name - he was the one I spoke to on the phone. He greeted me and the dogs. Several of the employees stopped to say hello and one of the dogs loved the whole experience, the other warmed up to it. Fast service, polite people, and they don't push unnecessary expenditures.
