David Garza! I went to tons of places before hitting this one, and I have to say this man is the most patient one I've met. I am not the easiest person to deal with due to my frugal nature, but he never pressured me and was able to get me a fair price on a car I fell in love with. My father was so tough and persistence and David was so pleasant the whole time. I'm glad I went to this dealership, and finally have a car! Car buying is the most stressful thing I've done in a long time, and its finally over with!.

Went to look at a car which my wife and I found online that was much lower in price than expected. We met with James Hensley who was very friendly, and he took us out on a test drive. We opted to purchase and explained him our budget and what we needed. His first offer was over our budget and the trade in value was very low, we explained that we wouldn’t be able to purchase if we couldn’t get the numbers to fit. He got an increase in our trade in value and extended the financing to get the payment within our budget. It even allowed us to get an additional 50k powertrain coverage and gap insurance on top of it. We were overall very pleased with our experience and I was finally able to get my wife a very good used car with low miles for an affordable price. Would recommend making the drive to others looking for a dealer that will work with you, and I absolutely would do business with them again.

DO NOT BELIEVE THE 4.5 Google rating! Check Yelp. They obviously paid to get good ratings on google. 2022: Complete waste of time. Called to get a price, never called back. Dropped by, they were asking 20k over new msrp on a used sienna. The one on the web site is a bait and switch. F this type of dealer. 2024: They tried to scam my parents. Took a 5k deposit on a vehicle for order from factory. After 6 weeks they tried to sell them a different colored vehicle. After speaking with another dealer it turns out that the vehicle and color combination they "ordered" doesn't exist. Good to know this dealer has not changed its spots! Still shady AF.

I have finally found dealership that treats me well and takes care of their customers. Just bought my 5th Toyota from Shottenkirk and couldn’t be happier. David Garza was my salesman today and he made the process very smooth and easy.

Do not believe or use this dealership. Would give 0 stars if I could. They are doing shady and possibly illegal mark ups. Look through the low reviews here on Google and you will see a pattern of behavior. In my personal experience, we drove an hour and a half for what I thought was a deal, but upon arrival, we were told that we would need to pay an additional $3500 accessories fee for the vehicle's certification. You don't label something certified pre-owned if you're only going to charge the customer for it on the back end! Absolutely ridiculous and no attempt of service/sales team to work with us or adjust/incentivize. Go some where else! I DO recommend Pat Lobb's Toyota in McKinney. FANTASTIC experience, and a better deal in the end.

James Lahr really took care of us! Appreciate their working with us. But… **Edit**: After what I thought was a good experience, they (James) then turned around and broke their word about replacing a broken key fob because it wasn’t in the contract when they clearly said they would replace it. Who hands the client a non working key? Now they’re trying to make us buy a new key fob when we turned in a vehicle with two and they won’t give us a vehicle with two. Be careful to get everything in writing because these people won’t keep their word. They also said they would detail it and fill it with gas, neither of which were kept. **Edit**: Only AFTER my above review they (James) wanted to make things right so he fixed the fob at no charge and filled the tank as promised. He offered to have it detailed but we already had car seats in and such so we declined. I’m glad they ultimately kept their word but it took a bad review to do so. I give them 3 stars because they want to be a good dealership and James is a nice person just BEWARE: get EVERYTHING they offer in writing so you won’t have to go through the large amount of grief we went through.

Helpful folks with a desire to make the right deal on the right vehicle. Had a good interaction buying a used van from salesperson Logan Brown. Worth driving a little ways to get the van I had my eye on.

Today I had an oil change appt and upon arrival at Shottenkirk Toyota of Weatherford realized the appt was made accidentally with Granbury location. I was treated with kindness and told by Mike P in Service they could have me out in one hour or less. Not only did they change my oil but also rotated my tires and did an all points inspection in 48 minutes! Great service and quick. Thank you Shottenkirk Tram of Weatherford! I also ran into Gracie my sales lady who greeted me like a friend. Review below was prior visit. After having two bad experiences with other dealers Gracie at Shottenkirk Toyota of Weatherford reached out to me quickly with the exact car I wanted. She made this car buying experience awesome

It was a quick and fairly easy process to buy my used Ford Explorer ST line from here. Andres Castaneda is an awesome sales helped with this process. He was very professional and helpful throughout the process. Update a month after my purchase; I had to pull the papers to make the first payment for my car. After talking to the lender I have found out that the loan term is different from what I agreed during the sale. When I pulled the agreements from the envelope I have found that the loan term is 75 months, but all my discussion with the financial guy was 72 months and that was what I agreed to purchase the vehicle! This is absolutely cheating and a nasty job their financial guys did! See attached picture shows they highlight everything except the loan term to attract on them and made me sign. They highlighted other numbers in yellow and talked on them but did not even show that 75 months was listed in the paper! I didn’t pay much attention as I have never heard of a loan term of 75 months. This put additional $1,736 on the vehicle cost!! And another thing I’ve caught after buying that they cheated me on the maintenance contract they sold me. I was explained about 3 year free service to make me sign the contract. But after a month I’ve found out that this contract cover only 4 services. What the heck, what made this guys think that a car will need only 4 services for first 3 years? I’ve ended up paying $337 for every oil change and a tire rotation!! This place is really a money stealing and cheating on your business. If you’re looking to purchase a car, stay out of this place!! For those already complains about false advertisement of this dealership, my car’s posted internet price was $30,900. But they made out of the door price to $37,083 ! I’ve bought several vehicles from many dealerships. But I have never seen any dealership like this place who does absolute cheating to steal your money!! I am trying to file a legal approach to compensate my loss.

Mike Pfender did outstanding listening to our issue, in order to gain a clearer understanding. He presented himself and Toyota very professionally. The service dept’s diagnostic report was thorough and an outstanding presentation. My only discouragement would be the cost for OEM cv axles/ parts, which may be out of our budget. I would definitely bring my Avalon in for other diagnostics again though. I only wish they could service my Nissan and Chevy as well!

Absolute vermins here, esp Justice. They failed to mention there is a mandatory certification fee of $2k for a car listed as used vehicle on their website (and all aggregators). Why not list the car as gold certified and show the real cost of the car?

DO NOT GO TO SHOTTENCROOK TOYOTA!!!!Beware of the hidden fees not included in the sales price of a used vehicle. $895.00 for VIP package, 795.00 for nitrogen filled tires, $1995.00 for "certified vehicle". This added 10% to the cost of the vehicle and it's not even in the fine print until you sit down to buy.
